Mirta Carolina Fuguet is an Associate Attorney at the firm, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Mirta graduated as an Attorney at Law from Universidad Santa Maria in 1992. She moved to the United States in 1999, where she has since made significant contributions to the legal field. Mirta worked as a California State Certified Court Interpreter with the Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino courts and has testified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of California, contracting with both the Public Defender’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she has extensive experience with the Hispanic community through her professional work, personal connections, and church involvement.
Licensed to practice law in both California and Venezuela, Mirta has previously served as a Deputy District Attorney and worked as a Paralegal with the Public Defender’s Office. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mirta loves spending time with her children and is a dedicated Star Wars fanatic.
